Why
we like this bike |
The
price, really. This is right at the line for us, with
the same comfortable riding posture as the upper Newest
models and a lot of non-Shimano parts that still work
and can be set up OK. Lots of bikes are being spec'd with
"compact double" gearing and we are very happy
to have this entry-level bike with the lower, triple chainring
setup for easier hill climbing. |
Who
is this bike for? |
Riders
who want the cheapest road bike we can sell them.
Consider
upgrading to click-in pedals.
|
Sizes
available |
XS
(42cm), S(46cm), M(50cm), L(54cm), XL(58cm)
Note that these relaxed fit bikes have
a sloping top tube and that affects the sizing. A man
5'10" - 6'0" is used to having a 56-59 cm
frame in a bike like a Roubaix, but takes a 54 cm in
one of these.
